| þþAl -Azhar University of Gaza (AUG) was founded in 1991 in order to meet the demand for higher education. Today it is one of the largest Palestinian Universities. It has an academic staff of over 322 members and 234 administrative member of staff and a student population of around 12,391 distributed between eight faculties: Pharmacy, Applied Medical Science, Science, Agriculture, Education, Arts, Economics & Administrative Sciences and Law. |
